Buy a DQ Blizzard Thursday to support UI Children’s Hospital

Everyone wins the Miracle Treat Day!

Mark your calendar for October 28! Queen of dairy products said the Miracle Treat Day will return this Thursday across the country. What is the Miracle Treat Day, you ask? Well the Dairy Queen website said:

“For each Blizzard® Treat sold on the day of the Miracle Treat at participating DQs® locations, $ 1 or more will be donated to your local Children’s Miracle Network hospital. “

Here in eastern Iowa, that hospital is the University of Iowa’s Stead Family Children’s Hospital in Iowa City. We work closely with the hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network each fall with our annual radiothon, so we know firsthand how important each fundraiser is to children and their families. Every dollar counts!
